1. The Job Application Form is available on the website www.pic.edu.pk. Applications will only be accepted on the prescribed form.
2. Candidates’ services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015, including its amendments and institutional regulations.
3. The completely filled and scanned Job Application Form, along with a detailed Curriculum Vitae, academic credentials, qualifications, experience, domicile certificates, two photographs, CNIC photocopy, PMC Registration Certificate, Certificate of Eligibility, House Job Certificate, and other postgraduate educational and experience certificates, should be emailed to prerecruitment@pic.edu.pk. Please mention the post and specialty applied for in the subject line.
4. Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria, including qualifications (degree and diploma), experience (only post-qualification experience with proper references and date of issuance), and age (calculated as of the last day of the advertisement) before the closing date.
5. Applications will be disqualified for the following reasons:
   • Incomplete applications (missing Job Application Form, irregular experience certificates, missing required degrees).
   • Perjury in documentation/credentials at any stage of the process or employment.
   • Attempts to influence any recruiting committee members.
   • Attempts to gain support for their candidature by improper means.
   • Hand submissions will not be accepted.
   • A qualification is only valid with a degree; mere submission of mark sheets/transcripts/DMC/course completion certificates will be considered incomplete and rejected.
6. Applications received after the closing time and date will be automatically rejected.
7. Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channel, along with an NOC from the concerned organization, clearly stating the length of service and other particulars.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
9. Candidates claiming age relaxation must complete all requirements and due process when applying for the job.
10. The decision of the competent authority will be final.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
12. Upon appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must resign from any existing employment with any other public/private entity, national or foreign, including but not limited to the civil services of Pakistan.
13. The institution reserves the right to decrease/increase the positions or revoke the hiring process at any stage without providing any reason.
